"The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence."
As Pence was leaving the theater, the actor who played Aaron Burr, Brandon Victor Dixon, delivered a special curtain call message to the president-elect:
“We, sir we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights,” he said.
“We truly hope that this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and to work on behalf all of us.”
I'm at #Hamilton and so is Mike Pence. Crowd booed him like crazy, and gave a standing O at the line "immigrants we get the job done" 1/2

Some audience members reportedly applauded during scenes that referenced immigrant workers.
