You might not know it yet, but your next celebrity crush is Alexander Calvert of "The Age of Seventeen" and "Arrow."
Two years after making his TV debut as a teen in a 2005 episode of "The Dead Zone," he made his feature-film debut in "Kickin' it Old School." The movie flopped, but he made the most of it: memorably playing the younger version of Jamie Kennedy's breakdancing lead character.
For those who enjoy a little hard-to-get, Calvert certainly qualifies when it comes to social media. He doesn't appear to have public accounts on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
Have you seen Alexander Calvert?— Nurul Syafiqah (@nurulsyqh) February 2, 2016
He's mother effin HOT
His Twitter absence doesn't seem to matter to his fan base.
One fan couldn't get enough of Calvert's look at an event for the 100th episode of "Arrow."
With a multiple-episode arc on that CW series earlier this year, Calvert turned heads and broke hearts as the villainous Lonnie Machin, a.k.a. Anarky.
Calvert continues to show off his bad-boy charms while starring with Academy Award nominee Hailee Steinfeld in the new movie "The Edge of Seventeen," in which Steinfeld's lead character declares, "Juvie made him so hot."
Because "The Edge of Seventeen" is being compared to cinematic classics directed by the late John Hughes, Calvert's natural confidence could turn him into a one-man Brat Back for the 21st century. He's already got the deep blue eyes of Rob Lowe and the swagger of a young Judd Nelson.
All Calvert needs now, it seems, is a blockbuster of his own.
