Laura Ingraham is being considered for the role of White House press secretary in the Trump administration, The Hill reports.
Ingraham is a conservative talk radio host and a longtime Donald Trump backer. Previously, she was a lawyer and Supreme Court law clerk. She frequently contributes to Fox News. Her campaigning for Dave Brat in 2014 played a role in his huge upset over then-House majority leader Eric Cantor.
Ingraham declined The Hill's requests for comment.
Ingraham spoke at the Republican National Convention, drawing criticism after she made a gesture to the crowd that looked somewhat like a Nazi salute.
Meanwhile, Kellyanne Conway hinted other major players may have roles in the cabinet.
