Kellyanne Conway's interview on Fox News Sunday covered the Affordable Care Act.
The message got a little confusing to follow at times.
President-elect Donald Trump repeatedly promised on the campaign trail that he would "repeal and replace" the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare.
Either Obamacare will be amended, or repealed and replaced. I told him I will look at his suggestions, and out of respect, I will do that.
But on Friday, Trump said he would consider keeping parts of the legislation intact.
TRUMP: "So I'm going to repeal and replace Obamacare."— Russ Bengtson (@russbengtson) November 11, 2016
OBAMA: "Replace it with what?"
TRUMP: "You know I kinda like Obamacare"
This drew Twitter's attention.
And news that Trump could renege on his promise drew ire.
Meanwhile, House Speaker Paul Ryan insisted the law would be repealed entirely.
