Martin Shkreli made good on his promise to debut secret Wu-Tang album after Trump won

President-elect Donald Trump's victory Tuesday has prompted pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli to publicly debut some rare songs off the one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album he bought for $2 million last year.

Shkreli promised last month to release "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" if the Republican took the White House.

He made good on the plan early Wednesday by playing snippets of the album during a live Periscope video posted on Twitter. The video has since been deleted.

Shkreli won an auction for the sole copy of the album last year.

He also promised to release unreleased music from other artists.

Some fans were pretty torn, but nevertheless excited about the new music.
