ISIS has called for "slaughter" of Americans on Election Day, according to The Times of India.
Rita Katz, director of the SITE Intelligence Group, tweeted on Saturday that ISIS's Al Hayat media center claimed militants "have come to slaughter you and smash your ballot boxes." The propaganda includes photos of Donald Trump, Tim Kaine and Khizr Khan.
This comes days after reports of possible al-Qaeda terror threats. The credibility of that threat has not been confirmed, but listed New York, Virginia and Texas as possible targets.
Here are some of Katz's tweets.
The ISIS essay claims no difference between the Republican and Democratic parties, saying both oppose Islam.
The propaganda doesn't outline any specific threats, mostly relying on religious arguments to encourage violence.
Many on Twitter, mostly Donald Trump supporters, seemed unfazed by the news.
Some encouraged Trump supporters to carry guns to the voting booth.
