Former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing was wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the Confederate flag when he allegedly shot and killed Sam DuBose in 2015, reports the Cincinnati Enquirer.
The shirt was part of evidence at his murder trial on Friday and was submitted during the testimony of Cincinnati crime scene investigator Jimmy Nghia Duc Pham.
A picture of the shirt has made its way around social media.
Reporters weren't aware of the shirt until it was submitted on Friday.
Although it doesn't appear so far as though the shirt will have a huge effect on the trial.
