WATCH | Toto, the lovable pooch from "The Wizard of Oz," has a unique honor at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, the resting place of the stars. There is a monument honoring the canine thespian, which has become one of the cemetery's biggest fan attractions.
Toto's real name was Terry, and she was a female Cairn Terrier. "The Wizard of Oz" was not the first time the canine actress took on a male role -- she appeared in six movies before her starring role in "Wizard of Oz."

Between 1934 and 1942, Terry starred in 16 films.
Hollywood Forever Cemetery prides itself on being the final resting place to more of Hollywood's founders and stars than anywhere else on earth. The Toto Memorial is the only monument in the cemetery that honors an animal.
