We will drain the swamp in Washington, D.C. and replace it with a new government by and of the people.
Republican Presidential candidate gave a speech today in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, outlining his first 100 days in office, reports the Voice of America.
And it looks like the Donald's first 100 days in office will be filled to the brim.
On media power
Donald Trump drew attention to two major media business deals: AT&T purchasing Time Warner and Comcast purchasing NBC.
Trump said that these deals concentrate too much power in one company and said he will look to break NBC's sale up specifically.
Trump says his admin would block AT&T, Time Warner merger. Make Amazon pay more. Would break up NBC-Comcast merger— Ben Schreckinger (@SchreckReports) October 22, 2016
Trump also made mention of online market Amazon.
On the sexual assault accusations
Ten women so far have accused Donald Trump of sexual assault in the past few weeks.
During his speech, Donald Trump called all of the women who accused him "liars" and said they would be sued as soon as the election was over.
Trump won't sue the women. He knows he would be deposed and all his behavior and comments would become evidence. He's a wimp.— Judd Apatow (@JuddApatow) October 22, 2016
Although some online are less than convinced this will actually happen.
On the wall
Donald Trump said that, if elected, he will pass something called the "End Illegal Immigration Act" that would fully fund the border wall.
Trump did, however, say that it would be signed and enacted with the full understanding that Mexico would be reimbursing the United States.
Trump just now: Mexico will "reimburse us" for the wall. That means we're paying for it. Hell of a flip-flop on Trump's signature item.— John Aravosis (@aravosis) October 22, 2016
Some online pointed out this was a departure from previous rhetoric.
On the environment
Trump said that he will also be cancelling payments set to be made for the United Nations' climate change programs, instead devoting the money to domestic programs.
Trump also said that he will continue the construction of the Keystone Pipeline.
Donald Trump "We're going to allow the Keystone pipeline... oh, and we're going to clean up our environment."— Home Design LA (@homedesignLA) October 22, 2016
Many online are less than happy to hear the words "Keystone" and "pipeline" mentioned.
