Stand-up comedian Kevin Meany was confirmed dead by his agent Friday, reports Variety.
Meany was a regular on late-night television, particularly on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson," on which he performed more than a dozen times. Meany starred in CBS' "Uncle Buck" and also appeared on "Saturday Night Live."
He passed away at the age of 60 at his New York home. The cause of Meany's death has not been revealed.
