Amy Schumer does not pull any punches. That's especially true when she talks politics.
That didn't sit too well with Trump fans in Tampa who left her show on Sunday after the comedian ripped into Republican candidate, calling him an "orange, sexual-assaulting, fake-college-starting monster," and inviting a Trump supporter onstage to have a comedic discussion.
So what did she do? Why, she read an open letter to those fans at her show Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden, according to USA Today.
How could I think it was OK to spend five minutes having a peaceful conversation with someone with different views?
"Dearest Tampa, I'm sorry you didn't want me, a comedian who talks about what she believes in, to mention the biggest thing going on in our country right now," said Schumer Tuesday night.
Some online aren't okay with the fact that Schumer used a show as a platform.
For many online, walking out of a show because Schumer is political is puzzling.
