'Pot Tarts' and 'deceptive' gummy bears have turned up in Utah right before Halloween

A Utah County Sheriff's office turned to social media on Monday to warn about snacks and candies containing marijuana, calling their appearance "deceptive."

They shared a picture of gummy bears -- some of the regular candy and others laced with pot -- to show it is nearly impossible to tell the difference between the two.

Marijuana snacks are legal for recreational use one state over in Colorado, which makes them easily accessible in Utah.

The department also shared a picture of "Pot Tarts" to show deceptive packaging, which is almost identical to an actual box of "Pop Tarts" except for one letter.
