Jackson County Circuit Court Judge John McBain took matters into his own hands. Literally.

McBain sentenced ordered a man in his courtroom to stay away from a classmate of his who took out a protective order request against him to three days in jail. When the man wouldn't stop talking, the sentence quickly went up to to 93 days.

The two men began exchanging heated words. The judge went to leave the room, only for the man to refuse to head the bailiff's request for him to place his hands behind his back.

The bailiff and the man began to struggle, only for McBain to throw his robe off and jump onto of the defiant defendant.

The judge was heard yelling, "Tase his a** right now," according to the Jackson Citizen Patriot. He and the bailiff eventually got the man under control.

"There is one thing I don't tolerate is disruptions in my courtroom," McBain later told the paper.

The judge's physical approach to law and order have earned him a few fans online.
