Chrissy Teigen, James Corden and other stars defend Kim Kardashian against trolls

Chrissy Teigen, James Corden and other stars defended Kim Kardashian on Twitter after internet trolls decided to turn her terrifying armed robbery experience into a joke.

Internet trolls posted tweets saying they couldn't "feel sorry" for someone who owns millions of dollars worth of jewelry.

Luckily, Kardashian's friends jumped in to shut down the haters.

Teigen went on one of her classic Twitter rants to really stick it to the haters.

"Fame is interesting. Celebs are supposed to love you guys while also knowing you'd make a meme of our dead bodies to get retweets," she tweeted.

She also added, "Please do not think that I think celebrities are special snowflakes. I just miss empathy, in general, for everyone."

Comedian James Corden also jumped to the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star's defense.

He managed to silence the haters with just one tweet.

"People making jokes about @KimKardashian tonight would do well to remember that she's a mother,a daughter,a wife,a friend. Be nice or shut up," he tweeted.

Here are a few other celebrities who defended Kardashian:

Kardashian was held up at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room Sunday night while attending Paris Fashion Week, according to her spokesperson.

CNN reported that a pair of masked men tied Kardashian up, locked her in the bathroom and stole $10 million worth of jewelry and other valuables.

Kardashian was previously attacked outside of a Paris fashion week show in 2014.
