It's been a tough few weeks for the talented wide receiver.
Cleveland Browns football player Josh Gordon is headed to rehab despite being slated to return to the NFL next week. However, Gordon has decided to spend some time working on his own personal problems instead of rushing his return back to the game.
Gordon missed more than a year of football due to violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
Both Gordon and the Browns released statements via Twitter.
I understand Browns fans feeling frustrated with Josh Gordon. Can't be counted on. But, good for him. Hope he finds the help he's seeking.— Aaron Goldhammer (@HammerNation19) September 29, 2016
Browns fans online are frustrated, but happy Gordon is seeking help.
