Note to self: When proposing, don't lose the ring. Especially in public.
If we don't find it, this will be the biggest fail in history.
Andrew Fox attempted to propose to his girlfriend Heather Terwilliger during Tuesday night's game against the Boston Red Sox.
A stadium camera operator started broadcasting the moment to the stadium, but cut away when it was clear Fox had lost the ring. Other fans joined in a frantic search, and Terwilliger found the ring in her cuffed pants. She said yes.

Twitter, of course, loved this.
Best play of the Yankees game: Jumbotron proposal, cut to the couple, the guy realizes he lost the ring, sheer PANIC on his face.

This might have been a little too much schadenfreude.

There was more drama than the action on the field.
If none of you are watching the proposal on the Yankees Red Sox game...it was the SECOND most unbelievable moment of the year. HILARIOUS

Wait... what was number one?
Pro-tip: on your Jumbotron proposal at a Yankees game, don't drop the ring and not be able to find it. 😆😆😆 #fail

This is solid advice for everyone.
