Gary Johnson couldn't name a foreign leader he respected during a town hall

It's gone from bad to worse for Gary Johnson.

The Libertarian candidate for president landed in hot water earlier this month when he had to ask where Aleppo was during an interview on MSNBC.

Today, on the same network, Johnson messed up again. Anchor Chris Matthews asked him to name a foreign leader he respected during a town hall. Johnson's response?

"I'm having an Aleppo moment."

Of course Twitter users are taking him to task over the gaffe.

We can't really blame them.

Johnson missed out on the opportunity to debate Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump at the first presidential debate because he was polling at 9 percent, six points shy of the 15 percent threshold.
