Poll: Colin Kaepernick is the most disliked player in the NFL

In a poll conducted last week, San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick was rated the most hated player in the NFL, reports USA Today.

Kaepernick has started a national dialogue about patriotism ever since he started taking a knee during the national anthem during the 2016 NFL preseason. He said he started this form of protest in response to how people of color are treated in America.

According to USA Today, the survey included 1,100 Americans and more than 350 players currently in the NFL. The results revealed that he was disliked by 29 percent of poll participants.

Finishing behind Kaepernick were Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston, Miami Dolphins defensive end Ndamukong Suh and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Kaepernick and the Niners take on the Seattle Seahawks this weekend.
