FBI release - Men who found second NY bomb

FBI is looking for men who found a bomb in luggage in NYC, took the bag and left the bomb

The FBI is asking for public help to locate the two men who took a bomb out of a piece of luggage in New York City, then inexplicably left the bomb and took the bag on the same night a pressure cooker bomb injured 29 people in the city.

The two men were caught on camera on West 27th Street between 6th and 7th avenues between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturday. That's the same time the bomb on 23rd Street went off.

There's no immediate indication the men were involved the plot, USA Today reports.

The bomb ultimately did not explode - the men either accidentally or intentionally disabled it.

The men's confusing behavior drew confusion (and laughs) immediately.
