WATCH | Perhaps a bit loopy from oppressive heat while filming "The Magnificent Seven," Chris Pratt cracked up his cast mates in between takes with some absurd assertions and hilarious hyperbole.
"Hello, America and the rest of the world; I'm Denzel Washington."
Pratt continued, "We're here on the set of 'City Slickers 5: How Curly Got Her Groove Back.'"
The two "City Slickers" movies did have Western themes, but that's about all they have in common with "The Magnificent Seven," let alone "How Stella Got Her Groove Back."
Pratt correctly ID'ed his film on a second take but claimed the temp was "148 degrees, Celsius."
The real Washington and Pratt later told Parade the heat was the hardest part of filming.
For Washington, a two-time Oscar winner, "The Magnificent Seven" marked a career first.
WATCH | "I've never had the opportunity to do a Western," Washington said. "The adventure is the fun part: Spinning guns, riding horses and doin' all that stuff is fun."
The movie opens nationwide Friday.
