Greensboro, North Carolina, has the happiest drivers in the country, according to Waze's Driver Satisfaction Index for 2016.
Honolulu, Hawaii, took the prize for the worst US city to drive in.
The traffic and navigation app released its annual report, which ranks cities and countries on driver satisfaction.
The United States ranked pretty high among the 38 countries where Waze is has more than 20,000 monthly active users. Here are the top five countries to drive in:

- Czech Republic
The survey took into account its users traffic, road safety, driver services, quality, socio economic and Wazey (the amount of "thumbs up" or the mood score) rating into account. The worst countries to be a driver, or at least a Waze driver in, are:
- El Salvador
Waze also looked at 235 cities where it has more than 20,000 active monthly users and found that the best cities to drive in in the world are:
- Valence, France
- Tours, France
- Lemans, France
- Saint-Étienne, France
- Greensboro, North Carolina, USA
The US cities with the happiest drivers are the following (with their overall ranking preceding):
5. Greensboro, North Carolina
10. Grand Rapids, Michigan
12. Cleveland, Ohio
13. St. Louis, Missouri
14. Dayton, Ohio
