Apparently, Warner Bros. thinks it's its own worst enemy.
The movie studio hired an anti-piracy group called Vobile to hunt down and report any illegal uploads of its movies.
The same report also flagged Amazon.com, Sky Cinema (a paid European on-demand video service) and IMDB. Google opted to ignore the latter three reports but is still investigating Warnerbros.com. The studio has not yet commented on the issue.

It's not clear how effective Vobile's efforts were, considering a quick YouTube search for "warner bros movies" turns up a definitely-not-legal upload of "Batman vs. Superman" almost immediately.
