NFL clears 3 players of PED use in Al-Jazeera investigation



The NFL announced on Wednesday that James Harrison, Clay Matthews, and Julius Peppers have been cleared following an investigation into the use of performance-enhancing drugs.

The three players wrapped up interviews last week at their team facilities.

The league found "no credible evidence" of PED use following allegations made in an Al-Jazeera documentary.

The Pittsburgh Steelers' James Harrison reacted to the decision on social media.

Major League Baseball players Ryan Howard and Ryan Zimmerman, who were also named in the report, were publicly cleared by Major League Baseball in August after it concluded its investigation.
