Bruce Springsteen breaks record, performs longest US concert


Bruce Springsteen gave fans one hell of a show earlier this week.

The 66-year-old rock star and the E Street Band played their longest concert at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Tuesday.

The 35-song set went on for 3 hours and 52 minutes -- the longest US show to date, according to Bruce Springsteen fan site Backstreets.com.

The band is set to hit seven U.S. cities before ending the tour on Sept. 14.
