A man remains behind bars, accused of stabbing two people and possibly attempting to behead a Virginia man while yelling "Allahu Akbar"("God is Great" in Arabic) in what investigators believe may be an ISIS-inspired attack.Wasil Farooqui, 20, of Roanoke County, Va., was charged with two counts of aggravated malicious wounding and is being held without bond. The FBI has launched a terrorism investigation into the attack, which occurred Saturday night outside the Pines Apartments.

ABC News reports Farooqui traveled to Turkey within the past year and may have tried to sneak into Syria.
He was born in the United States and is a legal citizen, WSET reports.
The victims' conditions were not clear, but police told WSET they are recovering.
