Sony pretty much announced a PlayStation 4 upgrade back in June. Now, it sounds like yet another upgrade for the console is coming as well.
The Wall Street Journal (paywall) reports the PS4 Neo will be revealed Wednesday, alongside a slimmer version of the current PS4. The slimmer PS4 will be cheaper, for those who won't be able to splurge for the pricier 4K Neo model.
Leaked images claiming to show the slim model have already surfaced.

Sony has confirmed the Neo will be compatible with any existing PS4 games, and it will cost more than the current PS4. Sony is also releasing the PlayStation VR, an entirely separate system that requires its own PS4.
That date's a crowded one for tech companies. Apple is rumored to reveal its iPhone 7 then.
