Man shot and killed while playing Pokemon GO in San Francisco

Calvin Riley, 20, was shot dead playing Pokémon GO near Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.

It was just senseless, just came up and shot in the back and ran away for nothing.

Riley and his friends were near an in-game landmark (Pokéstop) at Aquatic Park near Ghiradelli Square.

Riley's friend, John Kirby, said they saw someone watching them from a hilltop, but were focused on the game and dismissed it.

None of Riley's belongings were stolen. The shooter has not been identified, according to KGO-TV.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for Riley's family.

You had ... talent and dedication to make your dreams a reality. But all that was taken by a coward who wanted to shoot up a poké stop.
