Somehow, knowing he nailed the landing doesn't make the video any less terrifying.
He fell 25,000 feet and landed on a net that about a third of the size of a football field, USA Today reports.
That's the new world record for the highest free-fall.
Aikins was told right before the fall that the weather conditions might force him to need a parachute, but he ended up taking it off at the last second.
His team live-streamed the action on Periscope.
