Watch the ad the Hillary Clinton campaign doesn't want TV viewers to see

The Hillary Clinton campaign tried and failed to stop television stations from airing this anti-Clinton ad, according to the strategist behind the ad, Alex Castellanos.

On Monday, Rebuilding America Now, a pro-Donald Trump super PAC, launched a $3.5 million ad buy, running nationally on cable as well as locally in Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania.

The ad uses never-before-seen video of then-Senator Clinton speaking before a group of business and political leaders in India in 2005 about how the U.S. federal government cannot "effectively restrict outsourcing."

"There is no way to legislate against reality," the Democratic presidential candidate said.

Should the ad be taken down?

The Clinton campaign takes issue with ad, telling the New York Post  that the ad is "directly contracted by evidence in the public record."

Rebuilding America Now maintains that the ad is factual and "within the scope of important public discourse."
