All charges against the officers who have not yet been tried in the death of Freddie Gray have been dropped.
Pretrial motions were expected to begin Wednesday for officer Garrett Miller, who faced assault, misconduct and reckless endangerment charges.

All of the three officers previously tried in the case have been either acquitted of all charges or met with a hung jury.
