Jason Haney and his daughter built a cutout of Waldo to play an ongoing game of Where's Waldo with a neighboring children's hospital.
Haney is a construction worker at a site next to Memorial Children's Hospital in South Bend, IN.
Haney was inspired to build the cutout by his own daughter's time in a children's hospital. His daughter Taylor suffered a stroke in utero, though is now 18 and graduated high school with honors.
It really helps take their mind off what they're going through for a couple minutes, and it's been very heartwarming.
A hospital spokesperson told the Today Show that the Waldo cutout has been working.
