White Sox's Chris Sale suspended for cutting throwback jerseys

UPDATE: Sale has been suspended for five days after cutting up his team's uniforms, according to USA Today.

Chris Sale, apparently, really hates the Chicago White Sox's throwback uniform.

The team was supposed to wear them on a Saturday game against the Detroit Tigers. Sale was scheduled to pitch that game. Then, suddenly, just a few hours before game time, he was removed from the roster. Why?

He'd apparently cut up all the throwback uniforms so that no one could wear them, SB Nation reports.

Sale has been having a great season besides this incident, racking up a 14-3 record and a 3.18 ERA, MLB.com reports.

Joke's on Sale: The Sox just wore a different throwback.
