A glitch grounded hundreds of Southwest flights Wednesday. By Thursday, it wasn't fixed.
To some passengers, it was "hell."
I've never seen so many people in the terminal.
For about three hours, passengers couldn't buy tickets or check into their flights on Southwest.com.
FlightStats Inc. said the glitches led to 400 flight cancellations and 2,000 delays.
Some victims of the delay tried to poke fun on Twitter.
