Technical issues on Southwest's website are causing some travelers to fume.
The airline tweeted just before noon PDT that they were aware of the issues and were working on them.
Some passengers even reported that Southwest was handing out hand-written paper tickets to allow travelers to get back in the air.
Southwest Airlines is the No. 4 U.S. airline by passenger traffic.
