SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Matt spent four summers working close to 300 games for three different minor league baseball teams.
Matt Houston is a maker of pretty things, not a writer of coherent sentences so this should be interesting.
Matt’s favorite superhero is The Flash, specifically Barry Allen... Sure, most of his generation grew up with Wally West as “their” Flash but he’d tell you that the only reason the DC Universe still exists is because Barry sacrificed himself in the 80s to save it. Really though, he’s a big fan of the Scarlet Speedster, don’t get him started.
When he isn’t reading about the adventures of Barry, Bruce, Clark, Diana, Hal and the rest he is probably either watching or reading about Star Wars, breaking down trailers with his older sister and trying his hardest to stay on r/StarWars and off of r/StarWarsLeaks.
Oh and the people approving this for the website probably want him to mention that he grew up in the Midwest (Go Tigers/Red Wings/Lions) and has lived in Texas, Florida, D.C. and Virginia with his wife. Most of his career has been spent in live sports production both broadcast and in-house. He has broadcast basketball, volleyball, swimming & diving, baseball, and hockey in his day before focusing on graphic design the last few years at Hearst Television before coming to Circa.
