SENIOR INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER

Joce once got kicked in the head by a goat while camping with her brothers in Zimbabwe.

Joce Sterman is Circa’s Senior Investigative Reporter. She’s an investigative journalist whose professional career began on her high school’s morning announcements. Fast forward a couple decades and she’s got regional Emmys, AP hardware and a Murrow for her investigative sleuthing on breaking news story for WJLA/ABC7 in DC. Her work has been featured on Good Morning America, World News, Nightline and CNN.

She started in news young, doing talk shows in her best friend’s basement (YES, tapes of “Wake Up Bucks County!” still exist and NO, you can’t see them). Joce then spent most of her career in TV, working in Hagerstown, Harrisburg, Baltimore and Washington, DC. Her work has sent people to jail, resulted in Congressional investigations and shined a big ole’ spotlight on some serious nonsense by the government at pretty much every level. Along the way she’s interviewed everyone from US presidents to a guy who picks up dog poop for a living.

Joce survives on candy, wine and sarcasm. She’s a proud graduate of Penn State. A devoted Howard Stern fan. And an exhausted mother of an active boy named Cooper.
